Besides public art installations that range from awe-inspiring to supercool, the county features some top-notch galleries, and it's no stroke of luck The Delaplaine Arts Center topped this year's list in The Frederick News-Post’s Best of the Best contest. Its five main galleries present works from both local and national artists. The work pictured above, entitled Young Artist in a Drop Dead Suit, was on exhibit there last summer.
